About J’den Condo
J’den, a newly launched 99-year condominium, will be situated at the former site of JCube shopping mall. In February 2023, CapitaLand, the developer of JCube, announced that the mall would shut down on 6 August 2023, making way for a 40-storey residential development with commercial space on the first two floors. J’den is expected to be completed in 2027 and will be a part of the upcoming Jurong Lake District (JLD). The launch of J’den is scheduled for the second half of 2023. The area around J’den is well-connected and easily accessible by public transportation, including the Jurong East MRT interchange station, which serves the East-West and North-South lines, and the future Jurong Region Line, opening in phases from 2027. Additionally, J-Walk, a covered and elevated pedestrian network, will connect J’den’s residents to major shopping malls like Westgate, Jem, and IMM.

J’den Condo Location
The new residential development will be connected directly to the Jurong East MRT interchange station, Westgate, and IMM Building through the J-Walk. The Jurong East interchange station currently serves both the East-West and North-South lines and will also connect with the upcoming Jurong Region Line that is set to open in stages starting from 2027.
The Jurong Region MRT Line (JRL) is currently in the planning phase and is slated for full completion in 2029 (originally 2028). This future rapid transit line will become the seventh MRT line in Singapore, and it will operate with a fully automated and driverless mode.
Initially revealed in January 2013, the JRL will connect residents in Choa Chu Kang, Boon Lay, and future developments in the Tengah region, while providing access to key activity nodes in Jurong West, including Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Jurong Industrial estate, including Jurong Island, and the future Jurong Gateway. The line will be entirely overground.
Moreover, a West Coast Extension is currently under consideration, which will extend the Jurong Region Line eastwards and link up with the Circle Line at Haw Par Villa. If determined to be viable, the extension will be completed by 2030.
J’den Condo Amenities
Residents of J’den will have a wealth of retail, amenities, and food and beverage options available to them in Jurong East. The J-Walk, a covered and elevated pedestrian network, will make it easy to access major shopping malls such as Westgate, Jem, and IMM. Some exciting retail options to look forward to include IKEA, Don Don Donki, and Muji. IMM is home to over 220 stores, with 100 outlet stores that offer discounts throughout the year.
Adjacent to the development is a block of HDB flats that features retail and food and beverage outlets on the first storey.
